How do I apply for an apartment?
To apply for an apartment, prospective residents must fill out our VIP form or contact the leasing team directly.
Can I choose my roommates?
Yes, prospective residents can list their preferred roommates in their application.
Where do I go for my tour?
Please go to our temporary leasing office located at 528 State Street to meet with our leasing team!
What Is individual leasing?
Unlike some apartment communities in Madison, we offer individual leasing for added peace of mind. Individual leasing means students are only responsible for their monthly installment payments, not those of their roommates. Contact our team to learn more about our individual leasing.
What if I don't have a Co-Signer?
A guarantor or co-signer is not required to live at Mifflin! We have other methods of qualification besides a guarantor. Reach out to us to find out more about each option.
Are roommate-matching services available?
Yes! No roommate, no problem. We will use your rental application to match you with compatible students in your desired floor plan.

Yes. All of our Madison apartments are fully furnished, allowing students to settle in quickly.
How do I request maintenance?
Submitting a maintenance request is simple. Login to our online resident portal to complete a work order form or contact our on-site management team directly for assistance.
Is parking available?
Yes, Mifflin offers residents access to an on-site parking garage equipped with EV charging stations.

Yes, Mifflin has a state-of-the-art fitness center, recovery nook, and stretch studio, perfect for transitioning between different workout sessions and intensities.
Where can I study on-site?
During finals season, skip fighting for a table in the crowded library. Mifflin offers private study booths, group conference tables, and a complimentary coffee station, promoting collaboration, focus, and learning close to home.
Are there resident events?
